Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Orders within Europe are generally delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Orders outside Europe are generally delivered within 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, shipping service, and customs clearance.

MadCharlotte accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the shoes are returned unworn, unmarked, unstained, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including the shoe box, dust bag, and any protective materials.

Shoes must be tried on indoors, on a clean and protected surface. Shoes returned with marked soles, stains, signs of wear, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

To request a return, please contact MadCharlotte within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the email address used to place your order.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a UPS return label.

Providing a return label does not guarantee a refund. All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Shoes returned with marked soles, stains, signs of wear, missing packaging, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

Returned items must be sent back using the return method provided by MadCharlotte. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

MadCharlotte does not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original order and place a new purchase.

Our prices reflect the true value of thoughtful design, fine materials, artisanal Italian craftsmanship, fair factory production, quality control, and the protective elements accompanying each order, including the shoe box, tissue paper, and dust bag.

We do not believe in inflating prices only to reduce them later, nor in creating artificial urgency through temporary promotions. We also do not believe one client should purchase a style at full price, while another purchases the same style at a discounted price shortly afterwards.

As a French luxury brand, we hold to more traditional values of the couture houses, where a product reflects the true value of labour, materials, and craftsmanship. We believe in respecting every person involved in the creation of a MadCharlotte shoe, from the artisans in the factory to the finishing and presentation of the final product.

Every purchase also supports the future of MadCharlotte. As an independent maison, our margins allow us to reinvest in new designs, prototypes, materials, and collection development, enabling the brand to continue evolving and offering our clients more beautiful choices over time.

While MadCharlotte does not offer sales directly through its website, independent retailers carrying the brand remain free to manage their own pricing and promotional activities at their discretion.

3. Orders
By placing an order on the website, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been successfully placed.

4. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
All payments made through the website are processed via secure payment systems.

5. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller in writing before the withdrawal period expires.

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for a period of two (2) years from delivery, as well as the legal warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with French law.

8. Disputes and Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before taking legal action.
